Print out your badge with VF code to gain quick entry to the exhibition area! VF code allows you to take a shortcut check your business identification at the venue.
What is a VF code?
In order to ensure smooth entry for entrance visitors who are planning to hold business meetings, the organizers will issue a VF code "verified identification code" to the following visitors.
- Past trade visitors who meet certain conditions authorized by the organizer
- Those who have requested an issuance from exhibitors
We do not accept direct code requests from visitors, but will accommodate requests from exhibitors.

- Register Interpets at "Register for the trade fair"
- Enter your VF code in the code field.

To add a VF code to your registeration
- Log in to the online visitor registration
- Got to the Registered trade fair
4. Select Edit registered information
5. Enter your VF code and confirm
6. Print your visitor badge and come to Interpets!
Verify your code registration.
If the VF code is registered correctly, the [VF] icon will appear in the upper right corner of the badge. The second digit of the registration number on the QR code for issuing tickets at the venue will also be changed to a V.
Print your visitor badge
Please prepare your visitor badge in one of two ways in the pre-registration menu for the trade fair you have registered for:
- Print your badge by yourself in advance
- Scan the QR code at on site printer
Enter into the exhibition
Please receive your badge holder at the identity verification counter, insert your badge, and enter through the entrance gate.
Registration for business visitors is valid throughout the four days of the event. If you plan to visit the next day, please keep the badge holder with you. You can enter directly through the entrance to the hall.
We recommend print visitor badge by yourself in advance.
Simply register your VF code, print your badge yourself, and pick up your badge holder on the day of the event for the shortest route possible.
Notes on visiting the event
◆ Each person must register in advance. One registration will allow you to visit all four days.
◆ Thursday, April 3rd is a trade visitors only, so private visitors, students, people under 18, and children will not be allowed to enter.
◆ If you are bringing pets, please follow the rules of the venue and event.
