Presented by: Japan Dog Park Association

Dog runs first came to Japan in the 1980s, and the COVID-19 pandemic in 2000 has led to a nationwide boom in dog runs. Dog runs have become an essential part of dog culture, serving as community spaces that connect people, as well as dogs, but at the same time, there has been a constant stream of problems arising from the lack of clear operating rules.

In this lecture, we will invite experts to discuss current issues and future solutions.

The theme of the 10th anniversary event is "Disaster Prevention."
This year, we will be welcoming former professional soccer player Shinji Ono, who will talk about disaster prevention with demonstrations.

The footwork between Ono and his dog is also a highlight. Enjoy the stage performance with your dog, which will include demonstrations of training that can be started today to reduce the stress that dogs experience in times of disaster, as well as ideas for everyday communication.
