    Information for business visitors

    Interpets Tokyo, one of Japan's largest international trade fairs,will bring together approximately 600 companies from Japan and abroad in 2026 to showcase the latest pet trends from around the world.

    This is a valuable four-day event that will allow you to understand the current and future trends in the market!
    It will create business opportunities by providing a forum for developing new business partners, negotiating purchases, and gathering the latest market information.

    Tips for business vistors on 2 April

    • 2 April is open for ONLY business visitors
    • No private consumers entry on 2 April
    • No pets and children entry on 2 April
    • No spot sales allowed on 2 April
    • We provide a more effective business negotiation and purchasing environment!

    Online visitor registration （Starts from 27 January ）

    Business visitor entrance

    1. Online registration is requirerd for all business visitors.
    2. Business visitors are welcomed through the event dates, 2 - 5 April 2026.
    3. 3 April is open for ONLY business visitors. Private visitors, students and individuals under the age of 18 (including accompanying babies, infants) are strictly not allowed to enter.
    4. Private visitors, students and individuals under the age of 18 are not alloed to register as business visitors. Please purchase admission tickets and visit on 3 - 5 April. 

    Prepare your business card when you visit

    1. All business visitors are required to show your " business card " at the on-site reception to prove you are business visitors.
    2. If you don't have business card, employee ID card is substitute.

    ※Those who received  "Fast Code" distributed by the organisers or exhibitors, please enter it when pre-registering as a visitor. You will be able to enter without having to verify your identity.

    Registration steps

    1. Access Messe Frankfurt Japan Visitor Registration
    2. Set your E-mail address and password
    3. You will receive E-mail from the system <regist@mfjp-visitor-regist.com>
    4. Click the link in the E-mail for further process
    5. Enter your personal and company information

    ※In case you cannot receive an E-mail from our system(Step.3 above), please contact system support.

    1. Log-in to Messe Frankfurt Japan Visitor Registration with your E-mail address and password.
    2. Choose "Pre-register for the fair".
    3. Choose a fair you would like to visit and complete registration following the instruction.

    2. Choose "Registered trade fair"
    3. Choose "Print out my visitor badge" and print it.

    Don't have a printer? 

    1. Log-in to Messe Frankfurt Japan Visitor Registration 
    2. Choose "Registered trade fair"
    3. Choose "Display QR code for the visitor badge" and save the QR code.
    4. Scan your QR code on-site and get your badge printed.

    Are you visiting with pets?

    Please note: No pets entry is allowed on 2 April 

    • The organisers will not be held responsible for any troubles that occur with pets within the venue or troubles that occur when eating, drinking, or using product samples. Any troubles between visitors and exhibitors, between visitors and exhibitor pets, or between visitor pets must be resolved between the parties involved.
    • There will be a pet health consultation and rescue center staffed by veterinarians at the Interpet venue.
      Please check the location before coming.

    • Specific animals defined by the Ministry of the Environment.
    • Pigs/ Boars
    • Dogs not receiving rabies vaccination.
    • Birds
    • Wild animal
    • Please leash your pets, as short as possible.
    • Please do not leave your pet unattended.
    • There is no pet keeping service.
    • There is pet toilet in the hall (mainly for dogs and cats). Please take responsibility for removal of pet manure.
    • Bringing water for pets is recommended.
    • Aggressive / dangerous animals are not permitted to enter.
    • The organiser will not take any responsibility for any troubles related to the visiting pets.
