Information for trade visitors

Important: Individuals under the age of 18 (including accompanying babies, infants) are strictly not allowed to enter the Interpets on the business day. The business day is solely for trade professionals only.

Online registration is mandatory for free entry to Interpets as trade visitors. By registering online you will receive your badge prior to the show, allowing you to print your badge at home. 

Important: Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly not allowed to register as trade visitors.Please buy admission tickets and enjoy as public visitors.

Important Notice – For trade visitors –

Interpets prohibits accomapying pets as follows.. 

  • Specific animals defined by the Ministry of the Environment.
  • Pigs/ Boars
  • Dogs not receiving rabies vaccination.
  • Birds
  • Wild aniaml

Other rules are...

  • Please leash your pets, as short as possible.
  • Please do not leave your pet unattended.
  • There is no pet keeping service.
  • There is pet toilet in the hall (mainly for dogs and cats). Please take responsibility for removal of pet manure.
  • Bringing water for pets is recommended.
  • Aggressive / dangerous animals are not permitted to enter.
  • The organiser will not take any responsibility for any troubles related to the visiting pets.

All trade visitors need to register through online and print your badge from your account page. Please bring your badge and "business card" with you and show them at the registration counter on site.

Parking area is limited at Tokyo Big Sight.To prevent congestion, please use public transportation as much as possible.

Personal data and company information may be used for the purpose of providing information on fairs/magazines and related services of the *Messe Frankfurt Group companies as well as on products and services provided by exhibitors and sponsors. We will utilize your data for no other purposes. The personal information received will be kept under our strict control and management.
In addition, personal data and company information stated in the application/registration form may be provided to the *Messe Frankfurt Group companies and official contractors for the above purpose.

The organiser and its group companies are entitled to make, or to have made on their behalf, visual and sound recordings, as well as sketches of exhibition stands or individual exhibits, for the purposes of documentation or for their own publications. This also applies to any persons included in such recordings.

Online “Exhibitor search” will be available on this website from 1 month before the fair. Visitors can search the up-to-date exhibitor list and exhibiting products by using this searching engine.

All information registered by the exhibitors can be found through “Exhibitor search” on this website.

Visitors can buy the products only at the booths where the retail activities are conducted.
Regarding the use of credit card, please check with the exhibitors is the booth directly.

Taking pictures and videotaping of exhibits and exhibitor's booths are allowed.
At some designated area such as seminars, photographing and videotaping are prohibited. If you find " No Photogrgh" sign at exhibitor's booths,please respect the exhibitors.
